About
Join us in celebrating Neighbourhood House Week from 11-17 May.
Neighbourhood House Week celebrates the incredible work happening in local communities across Australia. Every week, more than 400,000 people walk through the doors of 1000+ Houses to access support, connection, and opportunity.
This year the theme is 'Your Place to Connect', highlighting how Houses provide welcoming spaces where everyone can come together, share experiences, learn, and support one another. From volunteering and community projects to casual conversations and learning new skills, these placed-based community hubs are the cornerstone of community development in Australia.
More events will be added to the program in the coming weeks.
